Before you delete
- We remove your account email, password hash, and sessions. The membership association ends. Necessary transaction records follow the retention period in our Privacy Policy.
- Documents, products, customer details, and backups stored on your device are not deleted by this web action. Back up or remove them on the device as needed. Returning to the free version keeps local records; its display and addition limits still apply.
- The monthly free-export record stays on this device. Signing out or deleting your account does not reset the allowance.
- Account deletion does not cancel App Store or other store auto-renewal. Manage your Apple subscription separately before deleting your account. This also applies to a free trial; to avoid an Apple trial charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- If your account has no email address, use account deletion in the app or link an email address first.
